Earlier this week, social media erupted when John Davidson, an activist with Tourette’s syndrome, yelled out the N-word during the BAFTAs in the U.K. If you don’t understand what Tourette’s syndrome is, Davidson made an entire movie about the condition and how it nearly ruined his life. That movie, “I Swear,” won awards at the BAFTAs, including for the actor who portrayed Davidson.

If you don’t know what Tourette’s is, it’s a neurodivergent condition where individuals have physical and verbal tics that lead to outbursts. In ten to 30 percent of cases, those with Tourette’s have coprolalia, or tics that produce socially unacceptable words. Those tics are involuntary and do not reflect an individual’s beliefs or their thoughts. It is a horrible condition, and Davidson has dedicated his life to helping people understand the condition and gain acceptance for those with Tourette’s.

A Democrat member of Congress spat in the face of law enforcement earlier this week by not only bringing an illegal alien to the State of the Union speech, but also helping him evade capture.

As The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson reported, President Trump delivered a historic address marking his second year in office.

While he focused on affordability and made a few new economic policy announcements as expected, the evening was highlighted by several moments honoring Americans.

These included the U.S. men’s hockey team, which won the Gold Medal on Sunday, as well as several American veterans who risked their lives to accomplish some of the most extraordinary feats imaginable.

Trump also recognized those who died at the hands of illegal aliens and the violent thugs on American soil. The Democrats, unsurprisingly, sat when asked to stand for Anna Zarutska, the mother of a Ukrainian refugee who was killed by a cruel monster.

In addition, some decided to make it even more straightforward that they valued illegals over U.S. citizens.

Before the speech, far-left Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA) decided to invite a teenage illegal alien named Marcelo Gomes DaSilva. As CBS notes, Gomes da Silva was detained for several days last May because his student visa had expired and he was in the country illegally.

While Moulton was not the only Democrat to invite an illegal, he and his staff went a step further than his colleagues in making a mockery of the law.

As MSNBC notes, Moulton’s chief of staff, Neesha Suarez, noticed the DHS tweet and took action.

Worried about Gomes being arrested and deported, she helped him evade potential trouble by escorting him out of the chamber. The Boston Globe reported there was a heavy law enforcement presence in the House gallery.

Gomes then watched the rest of the SOTU speech on his phone in Moulton’s office.

Last year, a judge in Wisconsin was convicted of obstructing federal immigration agents while helping an illegal alien evade arrest. She resigned in January.

Will Rep. Moulton or his staffers pay a similar price? Don’t count on it.
